Over the opening credits a nasty looking guy, Hsieh Han, robs people, kills a snake, then gambles. This movie seems to be Hsieh Han's first lead. He also appeared in supporting roles in 1967 "Dragon Inn" The dice are loaded and this leads to the first fight. It is a brawl in which stunt men are tossed around. Black then takes to the road and a plot almost breaks out. He has something written on a sheet of paper and asks for help. It seems he has somewhere to go. He stops at a small inn to chug a gallon of wine and on leaving he is followed by a group of men. He arrives at some fisherman in their boats and they laugh at him. He gives them the toss around too until a hero in white appears. The two fight with weapons and it ends with Black needing to be saved from drowning. A group of people arrive at the scene and Black is invited to dinner by some important looking guy. Black somehow becomes the toast of the town and even the ladies are smiling at him. Cut to a buck-toothed official talking to his helper and the comedy aspect is turned full on. I have no idea what they talked about but it certainly appeared as funny. Bucky eventually drugs one of the ladies and starts to rape her. Our almost rape victim brings Black home to meet Mom and Dad. Outside he comes across a character that looks just like him. There is a cast listing for "Fake Hurrican Li". I could not figure out the plot point of this character. They fight then Black takes Other Black as hostage. There is some sort of flashback about a girl dragged off by a tiger and I am losing all hope of following this story. My copy is a store bought VCD found on the dusty back shelves of a movie/music store in Chinatown, Los Angeles. The video looks just like a VHS and there is no English at all. This movie is something only a hard core fan of martial arts movies of the golden age from 1967 to 1984 would ever take notice of. I cannot recommend it even for that one fan. The fights are all poor and the storyline is just loosely related incidents involving the same characters just strung together without point or direction.
