Three months after the siege the prison is still in disarray as many of the surviving officers and prisoners are overcome by the horror and bloodshed they endured, a new general manager is appointed to deal with the aftermath of the siege as Will cops the blame for mismanaging it. While new top dog Allie takes the reigns, an old face returns to Wentworth, former Top Dog Lou Kelly who will stop at nothing to regain power of her old rank.
