On his first night in prison, Mike creates a big problem for himself and Harvey. Meanwhile, Jessica, Harvey and Louis are left to deal with the aftermath of Mike's decision and the departure of the entire firm's staff.
After signing a plea deal to spare his colleagues at Pearson Specter Litt, Mike is confronted with the harsh realities of prison life. Meanwhile the once bustling Pearson Specter Litt offices feel like a ghost town. The firm will have to deal with the fallout from Mike's crime before they can begin to rebuild.
The season begins with Mike in prison and dealing with life in there. Louis informs Jessica that everyone at the firm left, so they call Harvey to figure out what to do. They are being sued and need to find out what they have to work with. Rachel misses Mike.
