Dalton is about to start his reelection campaign and plans to make Elizabeth his running mate. Elizabeth is told that one of their foreign bases was severely damaged by a storm. She's told that it was due to a climate change because of how we treat the Earth. She's told not to talk about it but when she goes on TV, she mentions it and also about how they need to establish bases in countries that are our allies. She is told that what she did might ruin Dalton's chances. And when Dalton goes on a debate, he mentions what Elizabeth said he loses the nomination. While they intend to make the best of the remainder of the term, she offers some advise to Dalton.
