Police sitcom in which each week a guest celebrity is challenged to solve a murder that has taken place in the "Sin City"-style fictional town of "Successvile". Paired with the unconventional Detective Inspector Sleet, each guest celebrity faces a series of improvisational scenarios with Successvile's alternative world of celebrities and their vocations, such as Simon Cowell the Mayor, Doctor Obama, and pharmacist Lindsay Lohan.
